About Dr. Anderson
David E Anderson, DVM, MS, Diplomate American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Anderson is a co-founder of Nushores Biosciences LLC. He is also Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Anderson holds a BS in Animal Science (NC State University), a DVM (NC State University), and MS (Clinical Sciences – Osteology and Biomaterials, Kansas State University). Dr. Anderson completed an Internship at the University of Georgia and a residency at Kansas State University. His clinical expertise is in surgery of beef and dairy cattle, sheep and goats, llamas and alpacas, and pigs. His research programs involved the study of bone trauma, biomaterials, tissue regeneration, development of surgical models for study of disease conditions, and pain management. Dr. Anderson provides CE seminars internationally on a wide variety of surgery, pain management, chemical restraint, and research topics.
